ALARM Logical Subjects

Logical subjects are those where we make value judgements through implications (ie Science, HSIE, PDHPE, TAS, VET).

Max unpacks his A Learning and Responding Matrix framework for logical subjects and explicitly addresses each learning skill level and what it looks like. Max will also demonstrate how ALARM can be used to structure an effective response to some HSC-styled questions. Designed for our Science, Social Sciences, PDHPE/CAFS and Technology teachers. Completing ALARM Logical Subjects Course will contribute 3 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and assessment of NSW Curriculum/Early Years Learning Framework addressing Standard Descriptors 2.5.2 & 3.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher in NSW.
